摘　　要：分析了地方政府数字档案馆建设面临的困境,找出了数字档案馆功能实现的关键问题,指出了数字档案馆建设的正确路径。This paper analyzes some difficulties faced by local government in the construction of digital archives,finds out some key problems for realizing the functions of digital archives,and points out the right path for the construction of digital archives.
