摘　　要：论述了国内外知识产权质押融资的发展现状,分析了知识产权质押融资工作的特点和作用,提出了太原市开展知识产权质押融资工作的措施,包括制定完善的知识产权融资的政策和法律、建立符合无形资产质押贷款的信贷管理机制、建立知识产权的评估和交易配套服务系统等。This paper discusses the current development of intellectual property pledge financing work in china and foreign countries,analyzes the features and functions of intellectual property pledge financing work,and puts forward some measures for Taiyuan city to carry out intellectual property pledge financing work including the establishment of perfect intellectual property pledge financing policies and laws,the establishment of credit management mechanism in line with intangible assets pledge loan,and the establishment of intellectual property evaluation and trade supporting service system,etc.
