摘 要:用硝酸和氢氟酸作为钢材酸洗介质,会产生相当多的酸洗废液,废液如果直接排放会严重污染环境,而且浪费资源。介绍了不锈钢酸洗废液的产生机理以及各类酸的再生工艺,并对近年来国内酸洗废液资源化利用及处理技术的研究成果作了分析。根据不锈钢酸洗行业的特点,指出开发具有资源化与无害化酸洗废液处理新技术是必要的,同时也介绍了适合不锈钢生产厂应用的酸再生和废水处理工艺组合。Using nitric acid(HNO3)and hydrogen fluoride acid(HF) as steel pickling medium can generate a large quantity of waste liquid which not only seriously pollutes the environment but also wastes the resource if it is emitted directly to the atmosphere.This article describes the generation mechanism of waste liquid from stainless steel pickling process and the regeneration process of various types of acid.The domestic research works and some achievements in reuse and treatment technology of waste pickling liquid in recent years have been reviewed and analyzed.According to the characteristics of stainless steel pickling process,the article presents it is necessary to develop the new treatment techniques for reusable and innoxious pickling waste liquid.Meanwhile,the combination of acid regeneration and waste liquid treatment process suitable for stainless steel production is introduced.
