摘　　要：本文在厘清股市成熟度的内涵界定与外延构成的基础上,着重从时间、规模、结构、质量、国际化程度、市场估值六个方面展开对股市成熟度影响因素的具体分析,继而基于我国股市的客观实际,给出成熟度状况的初步评估以及成熟度提升的若干建议。Based on the distinguishing between the intension and extension of the conception of the stock market＇s maturity, this paper focus on the analysis of the stock market＇s influence factors from six aspects, including time, scale, structure, quality, internationalization level, market evaluation etc. Then, it gives a preliminary evaluation of the maturity＇s status combining with the objective reality of the China＇s stock market. Finally, with the paper provides some suggestions that may help improving the maturity of the stock market.
