摘 要:为了研究滑靴结构体微小变形对静压支承承载能力的影响,通过流固耦合方法对海水淡化轴向柱塞泵滑靴体的结构场及滑靴副流场进行数值计算.为了进行对比,在相同边界条件下,分别以液压油和海水为工作介质,对忽略滑靴体微小变形的滑靴副流场进行数值计算.结果表明:在海水润滑条件下,滑靴副流动区域中的湍流和速度场的变化使得滑靴小孔及流道变化处产生的阻尼作用得到加强;不锈钢-复合高分子材料结构的滑靴体中不锈钢基体承受主要载荷,密封带处产生的微小变形使流动区域的压力场发生变化;这些都使得滑靴副承载能力与设计值相比有所下降,需要通过减少柱塞固定阻尼、优化滑靴小孔出口流道、提高滑靴体刚度等方法进行补偿.The micro deformation of the slipper body affects the load carrying ability of the hydrostatic supporting slipper pair.In order to study on it,the seawater lubricated slipper pair of the axial piston pump for seawater desalination was designed based on classic hydrostatic theory.After that the structure-fields of the slipper body and flow-fields of the slipper pair were calculated based on fluid-solid coupling method,and the flow-fields of the slipper pair when using mineral oil and seawater as service fluid were also calculated respectively under the same border condition but the micro deformation was neglected.From the calculation and analysis results,it is concluded that the damping effect caused by the slipper orifice and the variable flow channel is intensified due to the turbulent flow and change in velocity-field under seawater lubrication.The base body of the stainless-steel/composite macromolecular plastic slipper supports the main load,and the obvious deformation of the sealing region changes the pressure-field.All these make the load carrying capacity of the slipper pair decreased compared with the design value.So compensation methods such as reducing the length of the fixed orifice on the piston,optimizing the slipper orifice outlet,enhancing the stiffness of the slipper etc.can be adopted.
