摘 要:针对制造服务平台上制造服务组装的问题,提出基于软构件思想的制造服务开发模型.该模型从平台运营角度将制造服务分解为若干软构件,软构件以外包、联盟、自身3种方式开发.通过制定信息熵免疫算法策略,获得最优分配方案.在开发任务分配阶段采用Putnam模型估算软构件规模,为策略实施提供了数据保证,最后分析制造服务开发的任务分配过程.通过计算机辅助设计服务的软构件分配实例表明,信息熵免疫算法具有良好的适应性,取得较遗传算法更好的优化结果.A development model of the manufacturing services based on the idea of software component was proposed to solve the problems on the manufacturing services assembly.The model will decompose the manufacturing services into several software components in the point of the platform operations,and the software components will be developed in three ways including outsourcing、alliance developing and developing by themselves.It formulate the strategies of the information entopy immune algorithm to get the optimal distribution solution.During the process of the distibution of development tasks,it estimate the size of the software components by using Putnam model to give some data providing for the operating of the strategies,and to analyze the process of the distribution of the manufacturing services developing tasks.It will be concluded that the information entropy immune algorithm has better suitability and can get better results than genetic algorithm by the examples of software components' distribution which was showed by computer-aided design services.
