摘 要:为了获得三支臂表孔弧门主框架的全局最优尺寸,提出一种基于合理结构布置的三支臂表孔弧门主框架优化设计方法.以三支臂表孔弧门的主纵梁在支承处横截面的转角为零为布置原则,通过力学分析得到弧门主框架合理的布置形式;在此基础上,以框架重量最小为目标,并考虑强度、刚度、稳定性等约束条件,建立弧门主框架的优化模型;应用序列二次规划(SQP)算法对优化模型进行求解.结果表明:考虑弧门主框架合理结构布置的优化设计可有效减轻弧门主框架自重,并能改善框架内力分布,从而取得比以往仅考虑尺寸优化更加合理的弧门结构形式,提高经济效益,可为三支臂表孔弧门的设计提供参考.In order to obtain the global optimum dimensions,a new optimum design method for main frame of the crest-type radial gate with three arms was proposed on the basis of rational structure layout.This study followed the rational layout principle,i.e.no rotation angle at the support point for the cross-section of main longitudinal beam of the crest-type radial gate with three arms,and the rational layout form was obtained by mechanical analysis.On this basis,an optimal model was developed to minimize the weight of the main frame subject to the constraints of strength,stiffness,and stability.Sequential auadratic programming(SQP) algorithm was used to solve the optimal model.The results indicate that optimization design considering rational structure layout can effectively reduce the weight and improve the distribution of the internal force of the frame;the structure form determined by the optimal model is more rational than that determined by previous models only considering size optimization.It is hoped that the results will improve economic benefit and provide reference for the design of the crest-type radial gate with three arms.
