摘　　要：数字化人体是应用现代信息技术,将人体结构和功能数字化、可视化,并建立能被计算机处理的数字模型。介绍了数字化人体的定义、发展阶段及数字化人体建模的研究目的、研究内容、研究框架及研究策略等,从人体的形态建模和知识建模两方面简述了人体数字化建模的研究进展和研究成果,总结了数字化人体模型在数字医学中的应用,并展望了其发展趋势。Digital human is a digital model that using modern information technology to digitalize and visualize the human body structures and functions, which can be auto-processed by computer. This article introduces the definition and development stage of digital human, and outlines the research purposes, contents, frameworks and strategies of digital human modeling. Then, from morphology-based modeling and knowledge-based modeling two aspects of the digitalize modeling of the human body to review its research progress. This article aslo introduces the applications of digital human modeling in the digital medicine, and the prospect of its development trends.
