摘　　要：卫生部"十二五"卫生信息化建设规划是我国卫生信息化建设的行动纲领。如何结合各地实际,实现规划任务并在实践中创新发展,是摆在卫生信息工作者面前一个必须解决好的现实问题。结合厦门市实际,提出6个具体的落地方案,以供参考。The 12th health information planning by the Ministry of Health is the guideline of work plan for the whole country.
