摘　　要：通过文献计量方法,对2001年至2010年国内发表的有关医学实验室信息系统期刊论文进行定量统计和分析,揭示了国内LIS的研究仍处于起步阶段,科研力量薄弱,研究主题浅而泛。通过热点分析,可以发现软件技术、条形码、质量控制和通讯传输等技术的运用,使LIS更加人性化和自动化,提高了工作效率。今后,网络化、智能化的信息系统,二维彩色条形码技术,全面质量控制技术,以及更快速可靠的通讯传输技术将带来LIS革命性变化。This thesis makes a bibliometric study of the papers about laboratory information system,which have been published during 200t-2010.1t was revealed that the research of LIS in China is still in its infancy, and the research power is weak, the subjects is shallow. The analysis of central issue found that the technology of software,bar code,quality control and communication transmission makes LIS much more humanistic and automated.And work efficiency was improved significantly. In the future, network-based, intelligent information systems, two-dimensional and colorful barcode technology, comprehensive quality control, and more fast and reliable communication transmission will bring a revolutionary change in LIS.
