摘　　要：分析影响门诊"一卡通"系统推进过程中的非技术因素,提出医院在进行门诊流程改造过程中必须坚持"以人为本"的宗旨,提升医务人员综合素质,加强协调沟通、科学管理,不断完善系统功能。It analyzed the non-technical factors impacting the promotion of one-card system in outpatient services and put forward the principle of human-first in the transformation of outpatient services to improve the overall quality of medical staff, strengthen the communication and scientific management, and constantly perfect the system functions.
