摘  要:为了优化粉煤热载体干馏过程参数,通过粉煤热载体干馏热力学模型的建立,探寻粉煤干馏的主要影响因素,采用热重分析确定粉煤的热解温度区间.研究了粉煤粒径、热载体温度、干馏温度和干馏时间对干馏产物半焦挥发分的影响.结果表明:粉煤粒径和热载体温度对产物挥发分影响甚微,干馏温度和干馏时间对产物挥发分影响显著;产品挥发分基本随着干馏时间的延长而降低,随着干馏温度的升高,产品挥发分迅速降低.To optimize the process parameters for destructive distillation of pulverized coal by heat carrier,a thermodynamic model was established by a mathematical derivation.The main influencing factors were determined.The range for the pyrolysis temperature was obtained by a thermo gravimetric analysis(TGA).The effects of pulverized coal size,heat carrier temperature,destructive distillation temperature and destructive distillation time on the semicoke volatile of destructive distillation products were investigated.The results show that the particle size of pulverized coal and heat carrier temperature had minor effects on the semicoke volatile,while the carbonization temperature and time had apparent effects on it.The volatile decreased with increasing of carbonization time,and decreased rapidly with increasing of temperature.
