摘　　要：本文结合一些已经实践的、著名的计算项目：因子分解、寻找质数、破译密码等，论述了在因特网上进行合作计算的可行性。在因特网上利用空闲的ＣＰＵ时间进行合作计算，虽然会遇到种种需要解决的困难，不是一件容易的事，但它却是一件非常吸引人的事情。Based on several successful cooperative computing project: factoring. seeking primes、code - breaking. etc., this papper discusses the feasibility of cooperative computing on theInternet. Although it is not easy and manay problems need to be solved, cooperative computing onthe Internet is very attractive and has significant importance for solving large scientific andtechnological research projects.
