摘  要:目的建立区分忍冬和灰毡毛忍冬的色谱学方法。方法应用薄层色谱方法和HPLC鉴别方法,以AgilentTC-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)为色谱柱,柱温30℃,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相梯度洗脱流速0.8mL.min-1;检测波长254nm,对忍冬和灰毡毛忍冬的色谱行为进行研究。结果 2种鉴别方法均能有效鉴别忍冬及灰毡毛忍冬,两者的对照特征图谱在共有峰及相似度方面均存在较大差异。结论为避免金银花和山银花的混用提供了简便可靠的鉴别依据。Objective To establish a chromatographic method to differentiate and identify Lonicera japonica Thunb.and Lonicera Macranthoides Hand.-Mazz.Methods Chromatographic characters about Lonicera japonica Thunb.and Lonicera Macranthoides Hand.-Mazz.were determined by TLC and HPLC.The chromatographic separation was achieved on an Agilent TC-C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) with acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution as the mobile phase(gradient elution),the flow rate was 0.8 mL·min-1,the column temperature was 30℃,and the detective wavelength was 254 nm.Results Distinguished characters such as coexisting peaks and similarity between the two reference characteristic chromatographies were found between the 2 methods.Conclusion Reliable and simpe reference is provided to indentify the two Chinese medicines "Jinyinhua" and "Shanyinhua".
