摘　　要：目的对紫外分光光度法测定盐酸吗啉胍片含量的不确定度进行分析和评定。方法对紫外分光光度法测定盐酸吗啉胍片含量各环节的不确定度分量进行量化分析和评估,找出影响不确定度的主要因素。结果计算出各变量的不确定度,给出了测定结果的扩展不确定度和置信水平。结论紫外分光光度法测定盐酸吗啉胍片含量的扩展不确定度为1.6%(k=2)。Objective To evaluate the measurement uncertainty of UV spectrophotometric method in the assay of moroxydine hydrochloride tablets.Methods UV spectrophotometric method was used to evaluate the measurement uncertainty for the assay of moroxydine hydrochloride tablets to find the factors affecting the uncertainty.Results The measurement uncertainty were quantified,and drawn.Conclusion The expanded measurement uncertainty is 1.6%（k=2）.
