摘　　要：目的建立紫外分光光度法测定灯盏细辛胶囊中总黄酮的含量。方法采用紫外分光光度法,以野黄芩苷为测定指标,与三氯化铝反应显色,在353nm波长测定。结果野黄芩苷线性范围:4.16～20.80μg.mL-1,r=0.999 8;平均加样回收率为101.7%,RSD=1.7%。结论所建立的含量测定方法简便可行,结果准确可靠,可用于灯盏细辛胶囊中总黄酮的含量测定。Objective To determine the flavonoids in Dengzhan Xixin Jiaonang by UV spectrophotometry.Methods The determination was proceeded after alchlor solution color reaction by UV spectrophotometry.The tested index was scutellarin.The detective wavelength was 353 nm. Results The linear range of scutellarin was 4.16-20.80 μg·mL-1,r=0.999 8.The average recovery was 101.7%,RSD=1.7%. Conclusion The established method is simple,feasible,and the results are correct and reliable,which can be used for the determination of flavonoids content in Dengzhan Xixin Jiaonang.
