护理外籍患者中存在问题的调查与分析

摘　　要：目的调查上海市浦东新区护士护理外籍患者中存在的问题,为实施多元文化护理培训及管理提供依据。方法采用自行设计问卷调查上海市浦东新区7所综合性医院108名护士护理外籍患者中存在的问题及自我评价。结果护士护理外籍患者存在的主要问题为宗教信仰(53.70%);护理外籍患者自身评价为(69.87±8.09)分,其中自身评价良好的护士44名(40.74%);不同学历及外语水平护士存在语言交流问题(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论护士在护理外籍患者时存在问题较多,护士文化护理水平亟待提高。建议从多方面采取干预措施,解决护士的主要问题,提高护士文化护理能力和对外籍患者多元文化护理服务质量。Objective To ivestigate the main problems in foreign patients＇nursing in Pudong new district, so as to provide a basis tor the training and management of transeultural nursing. Methods One hundred and eight nurses from seven general hospitals were investigated with a self - designed questionnaire about the problems and self - assessment during caring for the foreign patients. Results The main problems in foreign patients＇nursing that the nurses were not tamiliar with the patients＇religions（53.70% ）. The scores of self - assessment during caring for the foreign patients was （69.87 ±8.09） ,44 nurses＇self - evaluation was good, different education and foreign language level nurses have language problems （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The nurses have many problems in foreign patients＇nursing. The level of their multicultural nursing needed to be improved. Multi - interventions were suggested to solve the problems effectively,promote the nurses＇cultural competence and improve the quality of transcultural nursing service.
