摘　　要：文章对社区卫生服务中心医疗废弃物管理中存在的问题进行总结、归纳,并提出了相应对策,即完善医疗废弃物管理制度、建立医疗废弃物管理小组并加强监管、实施全员培训、加强外配注射器的管理、加强家庭病床及出诊治疗废弃物管理、规范医疗废弃物暂存管理、完善站点废弃物收集管理。以期能有效加强医疗废弃物管理,规范医疗废弃物的处置行为,杜绝医疗废弃物流失,减少环境污染。The paper summarized the problems of the medical waste management in community health centers, and proposed the countermeasures,including perfecting the medical waste management system, developing the medical waste management group and strengthening the management of supervision, implementing the training of all staffs, strengthening the management of injectors, strengthening the management of family bed and visits treatment waste, standardizing community waste collection sites and collection process in order to strengthen the medical waste management, standardize the behavior of medical waste disposal, thus to prevent the loss of medical waste and reduce environmental pollution.
