摘　　要：文章从概念、发展过程和成熟度分类方面对领导生命周期理论进行概述,归纳了国内外领导生命周期理论在临床护理、护理管理、护理教育方面的应用现状,并围绕以上方面提出相应建议。This paper reviewed the concepts, the development process and maturity classification of life cycle theory of leadership, and summarized the present application situation of this theory in clinical nursing, nursing management and nursing education in the domestic and foreign area, and put forward some suggestions in nursing field.
