摘　　要：目的 回顾分析6月龄以下婴儿法洛四联症（TOF）外科治疗结果,探讨6个月以下TOF患儿的围术期治疗策略.方法 2009年1月至2011年5月对89 例6个月以下TOF 婴儿术前进行相关检查,术中细致操作,矫正心内畸形,术后加强监护治疗.结果 全组大多数患儿治疗效果良好;手术死亡1例;术后发生低心排5例、肺炎肺不张3例,均经积极治疗后恢复.结论 6个月以下婴儿行TOF 根治术,充分有效的围手术期处理（术前诊断、外科手术、体外循环、术后监护治疗等）是保证手术成功的重要因素.Objective To summarize the peroperative experience of therapeutics in the infants under 6 months old with tetralogy of fallot （TOF）. Methods From January 2009 to May 2011, a retrospective study was done to analyze and summarize the therapeutics to 89 infants under 6 months old with tetralogy of fallot. Results Most the patients of this group were discharged with satisfactory treatments, except lcase died, other postoperative complications developed as follows： refractory pneumonia and pulmonary atdectasis in 3, symptomatically, low cardiac output syndrome in 5 cases and they were successfully treated. Conclusion The progress of TOF treatment depends on the co-development of the diagnosis, CPB, surgical techniques and ICU monitoring. TOF can be treated with satisfactory results during the infancy under 6 months old.
