中青年高血压患者颈动脉粥样硬化病变与C反应蛋白及血脂水平的变化

摘　　要：目的:研究中青年高血压患者的颈动脉粥样硬化病变与C反应蛋白及血脂水平的变化。方法:入选100例中青年高血压患者为观察组,80例血压正常者为正常对照组,测定两组CRP及血脂水平,用超声多普勒检测颈动脉粥样硬化程度。结果:与正常对照组比较,观察组患者颈动脉动脉壁内中膜增厚率(7.5%比33%),扁平斑块(5%比16%)、软斑块发病率(2.5%比10%),CRP[(2.35±2.03)mg/L比(13.85±2.12)mg/L]、总胆固醇[(4.37±1.00)μmol/L比(5.35±1.12)μmol/L]、甘油三酯[(1.25±0.81)μmol/L比(1.95±0.92)μmol/L]、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇[(1.56±0.7)μmol/L比(3.65±0.9)μmol/L]水平均明显升高(P<0.05～<0.01)。结论:中青年高血压患者颈动脉粥样硬化病变明显。Objective： To study the carotid atherosclerosis lesion and change of C--reactive protein and blood lipids levels in young and middle-- aged patients with hypertension. Methods： A total of 100 young and middle--aged pa- tients with hypertension were enrolled as observation group and 80 subjects with normal blood pressure were regard as normal control group. Levels of CRP and blood lipids were measured, and Doppler echocardiography was used to measure lesion of carotid atherosclerosis. Results： Compared with normal control group, there were significant in- crease in intima--media thickening rate of carotid artery wall （7.5% vs. 33%）, incidence rates of flat plaque （5% vs. 16%） and soft plaque （2.5% vs. 10%）, levels of CRP [ （2.35±2.03） mg/L vs. （13.85±2.12） mg/L], total cholesterol [ （4.37±1.00） μmol/L vs. （5.35±71.12） μmol/L], triglyceride [ （1.25±0.81） μmol/L vs. （1.95±0.92）μmol/L] and low density lipoprotein-cholesterol [ （1.56±0.7） μmol/L vs. （3.66±0.9） μmol/L] in observa- tion group, P〈0. 05--〈0. 01. Conclusion： Lesion of carotid atherosclerosis is significant, and levels of C--reactive protein and blood lipids increase in young and middle-aged patients with hypertension.
