摘 要:目的 用图像法对吸入麻醉药的浓度效应做出定量分析.方法 利用热力学的宏观理论和高等数学的思维方法,结合数学图像,探讨血液对麻醉药的摄取率与其他混合气体的平均摄取率二者相对大小对浓度效应的影响.结果 ①前者大于后者时,随着麻醉药吸入浓度的增加,浓度效应越来越显著;②前者小于后者时,随着吸入浓度的增加,浓度效应越来越不显著;③两者相等时,随着吸入浓度的增加,浓度效应趋于稳定.结论 浓度效应的存在能用数学物理的方法 给予证明;浓度效应是否趋于显著,其关键因素在于血液对麻醉药的摄取率与血液对其他混合气体的平均摄取率的相对大小.Objective To make a quantitative analysis on the concentration effect with graphical method. Methods Under the guidance of the macroscopic theories in thermodynamics and quantitative analysis in mathematics, the concentration effects was discussed to investigate the influence of the uptake rate of inhaled gas on the effects of concentration. Results When the uptake rate of inhaled anesthetic was larger than the average uptake rate of other gas mixtures, with the increasing of the concentration of inhaled anesthetics, the concentration effects became more remarkable. When the former was less than the latter, with the increasing of the concentration of inhaled anesthetics, the concentration effects appeared less remarkable. When the two were equal, with the increasing of the concentration of inhaled anesthetics, the concentration effects tended to be stable. Conclusion It can be proved by mathematical and physical method that the key factor of the concentration effects is the relative size of the uptake rate of inhaled gas.
