摘　　要：研究了自制阻燃剂BP-F在棉织物阻燃整理中的应用和阻燃机理,发现BP-F阻燃整理棉织物可以在凝聚相中起到优秀的阻燃作用。结果表明,该阻燃剂的优化阻燃整理工艺为:阻燃剂BP-F 250 g/L,用纯碱调节整理液pH值至6,160℃焙烘75 s;经过整理后的棉织物无续燃,极限氧指数可达30.9,具有良好的阻燃性,同时整理织物的白度和强力损失小。Mechanism and application of the self-made flame retardant BP-F to flame retardant finish of cotton fabric are studied. The results show that the optimum flame retardant finishing process is BP-F 250 g/L with the solution pH value of 6 adjusted by soda ash, curing at 160 ℃ for 75 s. The finished cotton fabric features excellent flame retardancy, little strength loss and whiteness loss, and LOI of 30, 9. The BP-F treaded cotton fabric has excellent flame retardancy in the condensed phase.
