摘 要:将聚砜酰胺(PSA)与纳米二氧化钛(nano-TiO)2共混制成PSA/nano-TiO2复合纺丝溶液,分别采用湿法纺丝工艺以及数显匀胶技术制成复合纤维和复合薄膜。运用扫描电镜、傅里叶变换红外光谱、广角X-射线衍射、紫外光谱等方法表征和分析复合材料的大分子结构、力学性能、热稳定性和抗紫外线性能。结果表明:少量的nano-TiO2能够均匀分散在PSA基体中,其添加没有明显改变PSA的分子结构和化学组成;由于纳米颗粒的异相成核作用使复合纤维的结晶度有所提高,且nano-TiO2的添加明显提高了复合纤维的力学性能和热稳定性能;随着纳米颗粒含量的增加,PSA/nano-TiO2复合材料的抗紫外线性能也得到显著增强。Polysulfoneamide/nano-TiO2 composite spinning solution was prepared by blending memod, The PSA/nano-TiO2 composite fibers were extruded through wet spinning process and the PSMnano-TiO2 composite films were prepared by the digital spin coating technique. The performance of PSA/nano-TiO2 composites was investigated with SEM, FTIR and XRD, etc. The mechanical property, thermal stability and ultraviolet resistance were also analyzed in this study. The experimental results showed that: the nano- TiO2 with low contents could be distributed homogeneously in the PSA polymer matrix, the molecular structure and the chemical composition of PSA were not changed obviously, the crystallization in the PSA was promoted at low nano-TiO2 contents because it could act as a nucleation agent, the mechanical properties and the thermal stability of PSA could be improved significantly by blending nano-TiO2 into the PSA matrix. The ultraviolet resistance of PSA could be improved obviously with the content of nano-TiO2 increased.
