摘　　要：从分析涤纶性能及涤纶膨体变形长丝(BCF)生产工艺入手,提出了涤纶BCF纺丝油剂的基本性能要求,即油剂的耐热性、摩擦性能、转相点黏度、润湿性、生物可降解性;探讨了BCF地毯纱原料性能及纺丝工艺与油剂之间的关系;概述了化纤BCF纺丝油剂的国内外研究现状,并分析了其发展趋势。Based on the analysis of the properties of PET and the production process of PET BCF, the basic requirement of spin finishes for PET BCF production are pointed out, which are thermal resistance,frictional property, viscosity, lubricity and biodegradability. The relationship between raw material, spinning process and spin finish is discussed. The present situation of PET BCF at home and abroad isoutlined and its future tendency is also analyzed.
