恶性肿瘤继发金黄色葡萄球菌肺炎临床及CT表现分析

摘　　要：目的探讨恶性肿瘤患者继发金黄色葡萄球菌(金葡菌)肺炎的临床及CT表现特点。资料与方法回顾性分析经临床及实验室检查证实的26例恶性肿瘤继发金葡菌肺炎患者的临床及CT资料。结果 26例CT表现常为多种类型影像混合存在,其中磨玻璃密度影及斑片影最常见,分别为16例(61.5%)和15例(57.7%),其他影像表现包括:结节影10例(38.5%),肺气囊3例(11.5%),索条影7例(26.9%),胸腔积液11例(42.3%)。结论恶性肿瘤患者继发金葡菌肺炎与普通患者在临床及影像表现上有所不同,其CT表现不具有特异性,无法从影像学上与其他肺炎鉴别。Objective To analyze the clinical features and CT findings of staphylococcus aureus pneumonia secondary to malignant tumor.Materials and Methods The clinical features and CT findings of 26 patients with staphylococcus aureus pneumonia proved by clinically and laboratory examination were analyzed retrospectively.Results The CT findings usually consist of multiple image type.Ground glass opacities（n=16,61.5%） and patchy consolidation（n=15,57.7%） were the most common CT findings.Other CT findings included nodule（n=10,38.5%）,pneumatocele（n=3,11.5%）,strip（n=7,26.9%）,pleural effusion（n=11,42.3%）.Conclusion The clinical features and CT findings of staphylococcus aureus pneumonia has difference between in malignant tumor patients and in general patients.The CT findings of staphylococcus aureus pneumonia secondary to malignant tumor are atypical.
