摘  要:利用RAPD标记技术,对辽宁8个杂交榛子主栽品种进行指纹分析。从60个10碱基随机引物中筛选重复性好的3个引物OPF05、OPG01、OPH07,选取7个条带作为品种鉴别的RAPD标记,以此构建榛子优良品种的指纹图谱。根据扩增图谱可以将8个品种区分,研究结果为榛子品种的区别与鉴定提供了一种有效方法。RAPD-based fingerprinting was carried out on 8 cultivars of Corylus spp.which had been approved by the Liaoning Inspection Committee of Superior Tree Species.Each of the cultivars was identified by fingerprints.Among the 60 random oligonueleotide primers used for RAPD analysis,OPF05,OPG01 and OPH07 could produce stable DNA patterns and were selected for further study.Seven RAPD markers were obtained and DNA fingerprints were made for eight hazel cultivars.According to the DNA fingerprints,the eight cultivars can be distinguished successfully.DNA fingerprints would provide effective tools for the identification of the cultivars.
