摘　　要：1座5层砖混结构楼房拆除的爆破拆除,按常规进行了爆破方案的选择、爆破参数的选取、爆破预处理、安全防护措施等。爆后上部部分2层楼房未完全倒塌导致爆堆过高,分析原因主要是楼房结构与设计图纸不符、楼梯处理不完全、卫生间处理不彻底等,以供同类工程借鉴。The common select of blast scheme and parameters, pretreat and safety protection of explosive demoli- tion of a 5-story brick-concrete structure building was introduced. The uncomplete collapsed of upper two stories after blasting caused the overtop muck pile, which the reason is the structure of building not conform to the design draw- ing, uncomplete disposal of stairs and toilet. It offers references to similar work.
