摘　　要：改革开放以来,湖南省高校确立和完善党委领导下的校长负责制,始终用党的理论武装广大师生员工,加强高校党建理论的创新,开创了高校党建工作的自主性和创新性的新局面。在一切从实际出发的原则指导下,高校党建工作在思想政治、组织、作风、制度和反腐倡廉建设等方面均取得了显著的成绩,高校领导班子的治校水平明显提高。Since the reform and opening-up, Hunan＇s colleges and universities have established and im- proved the president responsibility system under the leadership of the CPC;always armed the majority of staff and students with the Party＇s theories, strengthened the innovation of the theory of party-building, and created a new situation of autonomy and innovation of the party-building. Under the guidance of the principle of proceeding from reality,the party-building of Hunan＇s colleges and universities have made remarkable achievements in such aspects as ideological and political work, organization, style, system and anti-corruption. What is more ,the leadership of running the colleges has improved significantly.
