摘　　要：高校党建工作一直是湖南高等教育事业建设中的重点。在建国初期和全面建设社会主义时期,湖南省高校各级党组织不断建立与健全,党员人数不断增加,高校党的思想政治建设取得良好效果。但反右派斗争的扩大化和"文化大革命"的内乱给湖南高校党建工作造成了严重后果,其教训值得反思。Party-building is the focus of the construction of higher education in Hunan Province. At the beginning period ofthe PRC and socialism construction, the Party organizations at all levels continued to build and improve in Hunan＇s colleges and universities, the number of party members was increasing,the Party＇s ideological and political construction gained good effects. But the anti-rightist struggle enlargement and the ＂Cultural Revolution＂ chaos caused serious consequences of Party-building of Hunan＇s colleges and univer- sities. It is the lessons worthy of reflection.
