摘 要:针对潜艇直流供电系统中换向器幅压直流电动机运行和维护中存在的问题,提出了一体化多相逆变器—感应电动机替代方案。该方案在利用多相结构抑制谐波的同时,能够减少装备体积,并提高可靠性。为了解决蓄电池供电时直流电压幅值变化的问题,引入了特定谐波消除PWM技术对逆变器的输出进行恒压控制。以双Y移30°感应电动机和逆变器为对象,对控制系统进行了初步设计和仿真分析。结果表明,该方案在起动、恒压、抑制脉动转矩方面拥有较好的效果,适用于对运行可靠性和稳定性有较高要求,但对动态性能要求不高的各类潜艇辅机的驱动。For the traditional DC motor with commutator in submarines' DC power supply system have obvious disadvantages in operation and maintenance,an alternative scheme was proposed which applying integrated multi-phase inverter and induction motor.The scheme is not only able to eliminate harmonics in motor by multi-phase principle,but also saves the volume of equipment and improves the reliability.Focusing on the voltage adverse influence on the driving system of the batteries,the Special Harmonics Elimination(SHE) PWM technique was introduced to stabilize the output voltage.A numerical model of dual Y shifted 30° induction motor with inverter was built up.The analysis results show that the starting process,voltage stabilization and pulsing torque were improved dramatically.This control strategy is suitable for a variety of auxiliary mechanical driving devices which focused on high reliability and stability in submarine.
