益气活血化痰汤为主治疗带状疱疹后神经痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察益气活血化痰汤治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的临床疗效。方法将60例带状疱疹后神经痛患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,各30例;对照组口服盐酸曲马多片,治疗组口服曲马多片和益气活血化痰汤,疗程4周。结果治疗组愈显率为93.3%,对照组为60.0%(P<0.05);治疗后两组VAS评分均有明显降低(P<0.01),且治疗组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气活血化痰汤治疗带状疱疹后神经痛疗效确切。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Decoction＂ in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia. Methods Sixty cases of postherpetic neuralgia were randomized into two groups ： control group in which 30 cases were treated with tramadol hydrochloride, and treatment group in which 30 cases were treated with tramadol hydrochloridc and ＂Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Decoction＂, with a course of four weeks. Results The cure and marked effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group, higher than 60.0% in the control group（ P 〈0.05） ; after treatment, the VAS scores were evidently reduced in both groups （ P 〈 0.01 ）, with more signiieant reduction in the treatment group than in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ＂Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Decoction＂ has positive effeets on postherpetic neuralgia.
