胶圈套扎术联合外痔切剥术治疗混合痔100例

摘　　要：目的观察胶圈套扎术联合外痔切剥术治疗混合痔的临床疗效。方法将200例混合痔患者随机分为治疗组和对照组(各100例),治疗组采用胶圈套扎术联合外痔切剥术治疗,对照组采用传统的外剥内扎术治疗;观察两组临床疗效及术后疼痛、水肿等并发症情况。结果治疗组、对照组总有效率均为100%;组间临床疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组、对照组术后第3天、第7天与第1天及第7天与第3天组内比较,疼痛和水肿积分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间同期比较,各观察时间点疼痛和水肿积分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组、对照组住院时间和创面愈合时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胶圈套扎术联合外痔切剥术治疗混合痔疗效确切。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of rubber procedure hemorrhoidectomy （RPH） and stripping operation in treating mixed hemorrhoids. Methods Two hundred subjects were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. One hundred cases in treatment group were treated by combined RPH and stripping operation, and another 100 cases in control group were treated by traditional stripping operation. The clinical efficacy, postoperative pain and edema were observed. Results The total effective rate was 100% in both treatment group and control group, without significant difference between the two groups（ P 〉 0.05）. The differences of pain score and edema score at the 1 st, 3rd and 7th days in the two groups were significant （P 〈 0, 05）. At the same time, differences of pain score and edema score between the two groups were significant（ P 〈0.05 ）. The hospitalization time and wound-healing time between the two groups had significant differences（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Combined RPH and stripping operation has positive effects on mixed hemorrhoids.
