小切口置管加药线引流术治疗后蹄铁型肛周脓肿的回顾性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨小切口置管加药线引流术治疗后蹄铁型肛周脓肿的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析收治的67例后蹄铁型肛周脓肿行小切口置管加药线引流术的疗效及安全性。结果 67例患者中,64例一次性治愈,3例二次手术治愈。此法具有创伤小、痛苦少、愈合快、复发率低等优点,对肛门结构及功能具有良好的保护作用。结论小切口置管加药线引流术可有效治疗后蹄铁型肛周脓肿。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of small incision tube indwelling and medicated thread therapy for posterior horseshoe perianal abseess. Methods Therapeutic effects and safety of posterior horseshoe perianal abscess in 67 patients treated by small incision tube indwelling and medicated thread were analyzed retrospectively. Results Sixty-four cases（95.52% ） were cured after one treatment, and 3 cases（4.48% ） after two treatments. There were less trauma, slight pain, rapid recovery, lower recurrence rate and protective structure and function. Conclusion Small incision tube indwelling and medicated thread therapy is quite effective for posterior horseshoe perianal abscess.
