摘　　要：某钢厂热泼渣车间炉渣间被鉴定为四级危房,应立即采取措施进行处理。该厂房即使立即处理,也存在停产、减产等众多难以克服因素;在分析论证该厂房现有结构可靠性的基础上,提出了监控使用该厂房的处理方法,为厂房后期处理赢得了时间,也没有影响有计划的生产,为类似工程提供参考。Measures must be taken to deal with grade four factory buildings, whose reliability is not up to state safety standard. Through analysis of the reliability of the structure of the factory buildings, possible measures in supervision and application of the factory buildings are put forward. Although there is some risk, it saves time in dealing with the problems and secures the production as well.
