摘　　要：提出一种在标准感应式电能表的基础上增加单片机控制模块,通过计量芯片计量电能的智能IC卡电能表。用户和管理部门通过IC卡向电能表传送信息。详细地说明系统的功能与工作原理,并给出硬件框图与软件流程图。A kind of intelligent IC card electrical power meter, which have a single chip microcomputer unit on the basis of induction electric meter, is introduced in this paper, and the electric energy via a measure chip can be measured with the meter. The message can be sent to the electrometer via a IC card by users and management department. It goes into details on the functions and the originality of system which consists of single chip microcomputer application system. Some diagrams of software and hardware of this system are given.
