欠发达地区城乡统筹发展模式选择——以浙江省丽水市为例

摘　　要：欠发达地区具有不同于发达地区的特点,因此实现欠发达地区的城乡统筹发展也具有不同于发达地区的特殊性。浙江省推进城乡统筹发展的模式主要以促进县域经济发展为切入点,在借鉴国内外现有理论与实践的基础上提出丽水市统筹城乡发展的3个创新模式,即开发区—地产发展模式、农业产业化带动发展模式、县际帮扶模式。The specific characteristics of the under-developed regions lead to the different modes of coordinating urban and rural development in under-developed regions from those in developed regions.Zhejiang Province takes the development of economy in the county as a breakthrough point to realize the coordinating urban and rural development.This article puts forward three new models of the balanced urban and rural development in Lishui City,i.e.economic zone-real estate model,agricultural industrialization model,county-to-county model,based on the theories and practices at home and abroad.
