摘　　要：[目的]探讨临床护理路径在支气管哮喘病人健康教育中的应用效果。[方法]将100例支气管哮喘病人分为观察组和对照组,观察组应用临床护理路径对病人进行健康教育,对照组应用传统的健康教育方法。[结果]观察组病人住院时间、医疗费用、对哮喘知识的掌握程度以及对护士的满意度与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]临床护理路径应用于支气管哮喘病人健康教育中,可以减少住院时间和医疗费用,提高病人对哮喘知识的掌握及对护士的满意度。Objective：To investigate on effect of application of the clinical nursing pathway in health education of bronchial asthma patients.Methods：A total of 100 cases of bronchial asthma were divided into observation group and control group,health education with clinical nursing pathway was carried out for the observation group,the control group accepted the traditional health education method.Results：There was statistical significant difference in hospital stay,medical cost,patients mastering of asthma knowledge and patients＇ satisfaction to the nurses between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The application of clinical nursing pathway in health education for bronchial asthma patients can reduce the hospital stay and medical costs,improve the patients＇ asthma knowledge and satisfaction to nurses.
