摘　　要：[目的]研究运动疗法在高血压脑出血偏瘫病人中的应用效果。[方法]将72例高血压脑出血偏瘫病人随机分为对照组和实验组,两组均给予常规治疗和护理,实验组另加运动疗法。[结果]实验组治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]运动疗法运用于高血压脑出血偏瘫病人可增强病人的肌力,提高病人的自护能力。Objective：To study the applied effect of exercise therapy in hemiplegia patients after hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods：A total of 72 hemiplegia patients after hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,and both of them accepted conventional therapy and care,besides that,experimental group cases were given the exercise therapy.Results：The curative effect of experimental group was obviously better than that of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Exercise therapy can enhance the muscle strength and improve self-protection ability of hemiplegia patients after hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
