摘　　要：介绍了丝光牛仔布的特点,重点结合工厂的实际生产情况,分析讨论了中磅牛仔布的丝光后整理生产工序,主要包括烧毛、退浆、丝光和防缩4个工艺环节,探讨这4个工艺环节的最佳技术参数,确定其成熟的生产技术,同时讨论了影响牛仔布丝光后整理效果的原因,对生产中出现比较多的质量问题给出了有效的解决方法。This paper briefly describes the characters of mercerized denim with focus on the actual production, analysis and discussion of after finishing processes of mid-pound mercerized denim, including the four processes of singeing, desizing, mereerization and anti-shrink. The best technical parameters of the four technology are discussed to determine their mature production technology. In the paper also discussed the factors affecting finishing of the denim with countermeasures to solve the quality problems given.
