平素织机制织边字牌的研究

摘　　要：边字牌属于经起花织物,通常使用专门用来制织边字的提花机制织,不但设备投入费用较大,而且因提花机与织机的配合而导致工艺流程增加,生产工艺复杂,织机车速降低,织物产量降低。文章阐述了利用平素织机制织边字牌的措施,为同行们提供了帮助和参考。Edge character label, belonging to warp jacquard fabric, is usually woven on jacquard loom, which needs high investment in equipment and makes the production process flow and process technology more complex, reduced loom speed and fabric yield. This paper discusses how to use the ordinary loom to weave edge character label which provides the help and reference for the colleagues.
