摘　　要：为提高细绒棉CJ 5.8 tex强捻纱的成纱质量,采用100%新疆细绒棉,从原棉选配、工艺配置、工艺器材选择等方面入手,加强工艺、设备、操作管理,通过纺纱实践证明,采用合理的纺纱工艺配置和切实可行的技术措施,半制品和成纱质量明显提高,成纱质量可达到2001乌斯特公报5%水平。To improve the quality of the Upland CJ 5.8 tex tight twist yam, 100% Xinjiang upland cotton is selected in use. And the management of technology, equipment and operation are strengthened. From the respect of the raw cotton matching, process arrangement and process equipment selection. The spinning practice shows that by using reasonable spinning process arrangement and practical technical measures, the quality of the semi-finished product and the formed yarn can significantly improve. Yam quality can reach the level of 5% Uster Bulletin 2001.
