经编双色连裤袜尺寸影响因素探讨

摘　　要：针对经编双色连裤袜在实际生产中尺寸难以确定的问题,采用实验方法探讨了影响经编双色连裤袜尺寸的因素及规律。研究表明:花高影响连裤袜的纵向尺寸,花宽影响连裤袜的横向尺寸,花高越大纵向尺寸越大,花宽越大横向尺寸越大;组织结构越密实,织物的尺寸越小;牵拉密度越大,送经量越小,织物越密实,尺寸越小;采用弹性大的纱线织成的连裤袜更密实,尺寸相对较小。In actual production, the size of warp knitted double color pantyhose is difficult to determine. In this paper experimental method is adopted to discuss the factors and regulations affecting the size of warp knitted double color pantyhose. The result shows that the height of the patterns affects the vertical size of the pantyhose whilst the width affects the horizontal size. The vertical size increases with the increase of the patterns whilst, the horizontal size increases with the increase of the width ; the more dense the structure, the more smaller the size of the fabric is; the more large the draw off, the more less the let-off, the more dense the fabric, the more smaller the size is. By using elastic yarn, the warp knitted pantyhose is more densed and the size is relatively small.
