摘 要:论述了电磁屏蔽效能评价指标、防辐射棉不锈钢丝包芯纱的纺纱过程及织物的技术规格;对经纬密度相同但防电磁辐射包芯纱和常规棉纱排列不同,以及防电磁辐射包芯纱和常规棉纱排列相同但经纬密度不同制织的平布进行防微波辐射性能对比分析,总结了影响防辐射棉织物屏蔽效能的因素。This essay briefly describes the evaluation of shielding effectiveness and dB value as well as the spinning progress of the radiation-proof fabric made of covered stainless steel fiber and cotton and the technical specification of the fabric. Comparison and analysis of performances against microwave radiation of the fabric of the similar arrangement of the covered yarn and normal cotton yarn and simi]ar warp and weft density as well as different arrangement of the covered yarn and normal cotton yarn but of the different warp and weft density are followed. Affecting factors on the shielding effectiveness of radiation-proof cotton fabric are thus summarized.
