摘　　要：分析了抓棉机在使用过程中存在的问题,提出了对抓棉机实施电控系统PLC改造的方案。介绍了系统的原理及硬件和软件的设计方法,实践证明,系统能满足工艺要求,运行安全可靠,并大大减轻了劳动强度,提高了生产效率。This paper analyzes the exiting problems emerged in using plucker with an electronic control system plan using PLC to innovate A002C plucker devised. The principle of the system and the design method of its hardware and software are described. The application indicates that the technologic requirements are fully met by the system owing to it being safe and reliable in operation and labor reduced and productive efficiency increased.
