摘  要:针对HRD无黏土相钻完井液需要进行破胶降解的问题,研究了破胶液的作用机理,通过室内实验优选出了由HGB破胶剂组成的破胶液体系,并进行了现场应用。结果表明,该破胶剂与常规破胶剂HBK相比,不仅加量小,而且破胶效果好,4 h以内就可以完成对HRD滤饼的完全破胶,破胶后钻井液的黏度低、流动阻力小;对HRD钻井液破胶明显,在HRD钻井液中浸泡的筛网,经HGB破胶液破胶后,滤速接近空白水样,能彻底消除钻井液对筛管的堵塞;破胶液腐蚀性较小,加入4%缓蚀剂的HGB破胶液腐蚀速率可控制在1 mm/a左右;储层保护效果好,破胶后岩心的渗透率恢复值较高,均超过90%;该破胶液技术现场应用施工简便,可有效保护和疏通油气渗流通道,提高油井产量。The HRD drilling fluid need to be broken after well completion,which the working mechanism of gel breaking fluid is studied,and a gel breaking fluid system is optimized with the main agent of HGB.The application show that the HGB gel breaker is better than the conventional gel breaker HBK,by using HGB,the mud cake of HRD can be broken completely within 4 hours,and filtration rate of screen mesh that has been soaked by HGB is close to water.Moreover,the corrosive rate of HGB gel breaking fluid can be controlled at about 1 mm/a with 4% of anti-corrosive agent,and after breaking,the permeability recovery rate of rock core is over 90%,which is good to reservoir protection.
