摘　　要：通过对国内外重型商用车市场的调研分析,承载转矩在1 500Nm～2 200Nm、档位在8个～16个、轻量化、同步器换档、高可靠性、节油环保、高舒适性、高度集成化的AMT是国内外市场需求的主体趋势。针对这一趋势,以DC12J180AMT自动变速器研发为例,介绍了AMT研发的技术路线、设计方法、试验检测及其标准体系的建立。The investigation and analysis of heavy-duty commercial vehicle in domestic and foreign market shows that AMT of 8 - 16 speed, 1500 Nm - 2200 Nm torque, light weight, synchromesh structure, high reliability and comfortability, and high level of integration has become the main demand trends. Taking DC12J180AMT as an example, this paper introduced the technical route, design method, test and inspection, and the establishment of its standard system of AMT.
