摘　　要：针对液压元件用传统的清洁方法存在清洁不彻底导致液压元件使用寿命缩短的问题,从而开发热能爆炸去毛刺及热化学清洗干燥生产流水线,有效的解决了用传统方法清洁不彻底导致液压系统故障率高,液压元件使用寿命缩短等问题。According to the problem that the working life of hydraulic components shortening comes from the traditional cleaning methods that make incomplete of cleaning of hydraulic components,consequently,we bring forth hydraulic components heat explosion deburring and production line of hot chemical cleaning and drying,which can solve the problems efficiently that the working life of hydraulic components shorten and traditional cleaning methods lead to failure rate of hydraulic system increase.
