河南省城区经济转型升级研究

摘　　要：河南省城区经济正处在转型升级的关键时期,开展转型升级研究对城区经济发展具有重要意义。分析了河南省城区经济近年来的发展概况,指出其转型升级的重点包括优先发展现代高端服务业、改造提升传统商贸业、提升都市型工业和城市大工业发展层次、促进城区产业融合互动以及积极探索城区经济新的发展形式等,并提出了促进其转型升级的对策措施。The city proper economy of Henan Province is in a critical period of transformation and upgrading,to carry out research on transformation and upgrading has great significance to the city proper economic development.The paper analyzes the city proper economic development of Henan Province in recent years,pointing out that the priorities of transformation and upgrading include development of the modern high-end services,to improve traditional business sector,to enhance the development level of metropolis industry and urban large-scale industry,to promote interaction between industrial integration and actively,to explore the development of new forms of city proper economy,etc.,and put forward the countermeasures to promote transformation and upgrading.
