摘  要:以苦丁茶冬青(Ilex kudingcha C.J.Tseng)扦插苗(15个月生)进行盆栽实验,通过土施H2SO4、Ca(OH)2和复合肥,改变土壤pH和氧化还原电位(Eh),研究土壤pH、Eh条件对土壤-苦丁茶树系统中铅分布的影响。结果表明:在所研究的土壤pH范围内,从酸性到碱性变化,铅在土壤中含量分布趋于减少,在苦丁茶树根、茎、叶中的含量分布趋于增多,呈现出酸性增大有利于降低铅对苦丁茶树的污染风险。随pH的变化,铅在土壤各层中含量改变较大的是中层,在苦丁茶树的根、茎、叶中含量变化较大的是根。随pH增大,苦丁茶树中铅含量增大,但铅主要被富集在茶树根部。改变土壤的Eh条件,对苦丁茶树及其土壤中铅的分布均有明显影响,其中以土壤的表层和茶树的根、叶影响较大。从减少铅污染的角度,存在适宜的土壤Eh值,如在Eh=260.5时茶树土壤将铅富集在表层,从而降低铅在茶树叶中的含量,对茶叶的安全性有利。Pot experiment was conducted with the cutting seedlings (15 months old) of Kudingcha (llex kudingcha C. J. Tseng) tree, by changing soil pH and redox potential(Eh ) with H2SO4, Ca(OH)2 and compound fertilizer, to study the effects of soil pH and Eh on the lead distribution in the soil- Kudingcha tree system. Results showed that in the studied range of soil pH, from acidic to alkaline changes, the distribution of lead content in the soil tended to be decreased, while increased in Kudingcha roots, stems and leaves, exhibiting that a relatively high acidity reduced lead contamination risk on the Kudingcha trees. As the pH changed, the lead content in the middle soil layer changed large was, while in the roots, stems, leaves of Kudingcha trees was the roots. With the increase of pH, the lead content in Kudingcha trees increased, but lead was mainly enriched in the tea tree roots. Changes of soil Eh conditions had significant effect on the Kudingcha trees and soil, which affected more obyiously were the soil surface layer and tea tree's roots and leaves. From the perspective of reducing lead pollution, there is suitable soil Eh.The soils of Kudingcha tree concentrates the lead in the surface layer when Eh of 260.5, then reduces the lead content in tea leaf, which is advantageous to the tea security.
